Huge traffic jam on my street when I came home from work yesterday afternoon. Had to wait till it cleared up so I could pull into my driveway.

About 40 minutes at Gas mark 5 wrapped in streaky bacon or caul fat to stop it drying out and threaded with rosemary. Problem solved!
