Top cap and ring

Hi.
Found these 2 in the magic box. Cant remember what stem the topcap came from, think it was on a 98 klein.
The ring might have came from an 96 kona.

Anybody got a idea?

The top cap looks the same as the one on my Specialized Allez

Strange. The top caps from 97-98 ish. Got to be from my 98 Attitude
