Mrs R did her infamous chilli. It is very good for seeing how good your intestine turn-around time is. Hot on the way in - hot on the way out!

Just reminded me I haven't eaten! Old trout made a salad for me, but I have been working on a mate's motorbike all night, now settled down to James Herriot and some well earned beers! (I really should be asking for pay rather than beer, beer being so cheap nowadays compared to £30 an hour!) :)

Sounds like nice food. Wasabi is basically radish. Use a zester and add a touch of vinegar to make a nice substitute. Ginger works really well when you do it that way too.

Regret not picking up some prawns yesterday when I was offered some nice and fresh, albeit out of season! :)
