Tommasini help..

I have been trying to research my Tommasini frame, unfortunately I can't find any that are the same...

It still has the original purchase tag, which says it is and Air cx, the tt has a cx decal, but no Air, and the forks don't have the Air panto, just the T. I am assuming it is late 80's/early 90's.

Can anyone shed any light on it?

And would it be sacrilige to put DA 7400 on as oppose to C-Record?

not a problem using Shimano, the team Mapei Colnago's all used Shimano

I have emailed them, and written on their facebook page, but still awaiting a reply.. Thought some knowledgable chap on here would know about it, as all their other time trial frames that I have seen seem to be triple triangle ones, none with just a curved tt..

I wish! Won't be able to afford a gruppo for it for a few years now probably.. Although I have signed on for the oldscool tt on the 26th, would love to be able to ride this. Maybe next year...

I emailed Tommasini a couple of years back about my Super Prestige and they were pretty quick to get back.

Mine has the same mesh paint finish, but in pale blue. It has 812 stamped on the BB - December 1988 according to Tommasini. Colour scheme on mine is called something like Retinato Celeste, so I'd imagine yours is Retinato Giallo?

What tubing is yours?

Tubing is Columbus Slx, and I imagine the Retinata scheme on it would be a Giallo, yes
