Titanium bikes

There is a collector from germany who sold some of his Ti frames, I cannot remember the web site.

The BOTM is just incredible this time around , and I know some bikes are missing .

So are Titanium frames, the Holly grail of collectors and riders ?

When I don't ride my old school and collector bikes, I ride my titanium bike. A titanium frame it's forever, over all the fashion bikes we can see actually…

I loved my Kona Hei Hei and would recommend Ti to anyone...for me it's something I'd deffo go back to....BITD it would either have been a Merlin Mountain or GT...it's great to see that they're a little more affordable now :)

As a work of at I don't think you can go past a Ti frame. The time and effort that goes into them is so evident where other materials are often smoothed or painted over to mask the imperfection.

As far as ride though my newer FS bikes still rule the trails but the ti bike is good springy fun :D

Ti is a lot of good things...but for some reason, it just doesn't push my buttons.

Any of you familiar with the stiffness of the larger sizes ti-frames (20"+). Heard couple of times that the larger ti frames will crack more quickly then f.e. steel ones.

Cheers,
Martin
