A couple of years ago I bought my partner a cotic bfe in the hope that she'd be happier off road on a bike with discs and decent suspension.
Unfortunately she found it a bit too big and caused knee pain while riding, so it had to go
Luckily I found this stumpjumper expert frame in eBay at a low starting price. A last second bidding frenzy meant I paid more than I expected (£120) for the frame and fork, but I was able to pick it up on my way home from Scotland (the seller came to meet me at the service station, which was kind) .
Anyhow, I swapped over all the bits from the bfe and crossed my fingers
Today was the first ride in anger and it's a much better fit, no issues with knee pain and generally much happier on the trails.
