Re:

A bit of touching up, degreasing and polishing later and it's on the bike :)

Just brakes to go now!

Re:

Still not there yet! A lot of work and weekend stuff threw me of course a little, but back on track now...

One minor niggle was that the replacement rear wheel wasn't centering very well when correctly placed in the dropout, so a couple of small axle washers have been added which do the job perfectly. I've also fished out a set of DX cantis that have been spruced up with new straddle wires and some Ritchey brake blocks (job lot bargain from Ebay)

Nearly there now :)

Re:

Went out on a bit of a city/canal path test run to test everything out, which turned out into a 20 mile round loop. It's no lightweight but rolls along very nicely once on the move.

Everything works perfectly as well and feels much nicer to use than the original 200GS stuff - as expected I suppose. As Marcus Wareing would say, 'a triumph'

I'm planning to move this on now so fingers crossed I can find a good home for it :)
