Time trial bars

Ive seen some guys at TT's with old alloy silver anodised welded TT bars similar to the Vision ones in the link http://bikesbugsandbones.files.wordpres ... t_bars.jpg
If someone just knows what names or other search words that would be a help. If you have even better.

ITM DUAL or Cinelli Angels - both 90's and mighty fine bars in my opinion.
