Time for a Bike Audit

It's been great weather and I've been clearing out sheds and filling a large skip this week. They are taking it away today, Mrs Winjohn and daughter are out all day until late so I decided it's time to have a proper audit of my bikes and see what I have, what needs work, what I want to keep and what needs selling.

So here are the numbers:

Total bikes on the premises: 37
One bike sold to be collected on Monday.
One scrap bike needs taking to the tip.
One bike for son.
One bike for daughter
Three bikes for wife
Two bikes for Stepson
One bike for wife's friend

My bikes 27
Mountain bikes. 11
Road Bikes 11
Others 5

Keepers 12
To Sell 15

Keepers:
1991 Rockhopper (my first mountain bike)
1996 Stumpjumper
1995 Team Marin
1999 Explosif
1996 Univega Alpina
200? GT Zaskar
Rotrax custom build
Raleigh Triathlon
Spa Audax
Mercian KOM
Jake the Snake
M Steel.

Target date for reduction to 22 bikes on site...End of August.

At the start of the year I was trying to get down from 10 to 3. Currently at 7, it's not easy. At least you have decided what to keep, I'm still undecided on what the final 3 might be.
