Both look pretty low end.

Yeah, I'm not too sure. Crappy bits bolted on (with the exception of an XT rear dérailleur shifted by 100GS shifter!) but both look to have Ritchey tube sets.

Both are replicas. Tim Gould signature and Team bike replica. Cheap low end bikes produced for mass market. No one has Ritchey tubing, hi tensile plain gauge tubing more likely not even cro-mo. On second add only common thing with Ritchey is dodgy decal put by some bloke, nothing else. Tim Gould was related with brand as a team member and Peugeot used his name for marketing purpose. Nasty attempt from Peugeot BITD to draw more sales.

Said that, team replica isn't too bad as commuter/hack bike. Far as I remember only seat tube is cro-mo plus decent new-ish parts, nothing to be excited though.
