As I type, it is not locked.

Last time I was in Condor, twenty years ago, they had a basket full of Vittorio Gianni shorts, 55% wool 45% cotton.

Yes, I think you will find the second Raleigh thread has not been locked and the first one was locked due to peoples behaviour rather than anything to do with decals
