I got these with good intentions, but TBH ive turned into a lazy slob
The wheels are in fairly good condition, the anodising is still quite vibrant
The rear rotor bolts are seized on ,but not too difficult to free them.Big.Eck said he'd do it
Mavic 217 on the front and X517 on the rear,no dents in either, brake surfaces look untouched.Just a peeling sticker on the 217 and thats it :?
Looks like butted spokes, probably DT,stainless obviously.
The brakes need to be serviced,or at least cleaned up and lubed.I havent really taken a good look at them but the levers[sport] look in OK condition, hopefully its just a matter lubing them ,and putting them into operation to help them settle in,looks like they havent been used for a while :?
Just had a look :? Both pistons move on each brake, the front i think would benefit from a clean more than anything else.Yeah i reckon these will be ok :?
I dont have all the parts to fit them. You would need a bracket for the front leg mount[ see The.Ken for his easy made bracket
] Other than that most parts are there, maybe some spacers, washers etc for the torque arm but thats it.All the hard to find bits are there, inc the special end nut[not pictured]
£140 for everything add a tenner and ill add a pair of gold hope skewers
Includes postage 1st class recorded or parcelforce tracked insured etc etc
If it makes it easier for folk i can split this up totally :?
Say
£80 for the wheels
£60 for the brakes
Or
£80 for the rear wheel/rear Brake
£60 for the front wheel/front brake
Or
£60 for the rear wheel
£40 for the front wheel
£50 for the rear brake
£40 for the front brake
