google works well. I'd hate to state a method, and have someone read it, and snicker, "amateur"...though I'm sure that's already done.

Some simple ways that are effective: Use Firefox and go to crazedlist.com, or use craiglook.com. These search tools have done most of the scripting for you.
Of course you could get a degree in computer science and learn to build your own keyword queries to run against any website you choose on a bi-hourly basis and email you the hits. Or you could just find a borderline alcoholic programmer, buy him a case of beer and have him do it for you.
