I'm looking for a set of threadless 26" Kona Project Two forks for my '94 Kilauea build. Ideally the triple butted variety with circa 190mm of steerer.

Been looking on ebay for months, but they're all either 700c or threaded.

I’ve got these 26” P2s with 1 1/8 unthreaded steerer that I’d be willing to sell. I don’t know if/think they’re triple butted. Well over 200mm of steerer, stamped 2003. The usuals scrapes to the paint mostly on the outside sides.

They’re 950g (so not the triple butted version) and the steerer is 227mm. £65 posted

Thanks for confirming. Is it OK if I get back to you? I'd like to hold out for a TB set first, but may settle for these if none show up soon.

Looking at the drop outs they look like TB versions. Does it say CM/TB next to the 2003 on the steerer?

Good spot. It does indeed say CM/TB on the steerer. Which may lead one to assume they are triple butted.

Yup, they're triple butted then. If @dullonien passes on them then I might take them.

I suppose the length of the steerer is adding some grams onto the weight.

I'm still keen on them, however I 'only' need a steerer length of circa 190mm, so would be cutting over 30mm from the length.

@Ackers, if you specifically need the extra long steerer, I'd stand aside and keep looking, as I know long steerers can sometimes be difficult to track down. If not though, I'll take them @Walterscot.

It says they have 190mm of steerer so would you need to cut it? If you need them then go for it as I'm just being a bit of a magpie! I would take them though if unsuitable for your needs.
