Think I sussed it, stem ID game

Picked this up a while back, looks nicely made, 531 but no lightweight, stem cap and quill bolt aren't original Colour is metallic grey and looks original.

Thoughts guys?

well ............ after a bit of research, it looks like its probably a Roberts stem.
