It mentions that it can switch between different widths. It cannot make the spindle longer though.

seems there can be difficulties in fitting it,one review mentioned costly mistakes if the fitting goes askew.

This the 73 x 107mm bottom bracket you are after.

See if anyone has some 73mm cups for the UN series and then buy a 63x107 UN-73 from CRC.


or just get it riding with UN-54

teh Real crankcase is a PITA to fit. . .
Lots of faff with spacers, verniers and calculations to get the right chainline etc. Its ok when you get there, but getting there is hell.> And then you lose the will when it starts creaking. .

When it says adjustable, I think that's an allusion to being able to alter the position of the right hand of the spindle by moving it off-centre so you can adjust chainline.
It sounds a nightmare. Far better to buy the right unit in the first place.
