The Waskerley Way with Daveyla

Had a great ride out yesterday with Dave.

Weather was brilliant, as was the food, beer and company.

Sean was on the Giant - but we got a proper pincer movement going on trying to get him onto something retro!

After all, it was his bike that had all the mechanicals!

Great! We've been trying to break into that territory for a while now.

It'll be worth getting that ride officiated and up on the calendar later down the line.

Glad you guys enjoyed what would have been a very summery ride.

Sorry for the delay but here's some pics I took of the day.

A massive thanks to Rich for coming up and we couldn't have wished for a better day weather wise . Found an amazing food stop on the way too.

The ride incorporated part of the C2C which was the Waskerley way leg before we then dropped onto the Lanchester Valley way and into Historic Durham

It's a fantastic ride which with a bit of planning could make a stunning Retrobike ride with a finish in Durham City by the Cathederal and Castle
