Was posted on Craigslist, but I was out of town. Talked to the fellow, but by the time I got back into town, it was already sold. I kick myself for not sending him a partial PayPal payment (deposit till I make it back) or just mail him a Money Order and pick it up later.....Only asking $175 USD (first time he posted it at $250 USD and didn't sell)...got more info from him over the phone....
Notice the Avid Tri-Align, Ringle 8sp Rear Hub, Avid Ultimate levers (blue ano), Syncros Seatpost and Bar Ends....
Here is his original description.....
I'm selling my Cannondale M700. I built this bike from components, so
it has a lot of nice "retro" stuff on it. Here are the specs:
- 17" hardtail aluminum frame; 29.5" from center of bottom bracket to top of seat (I'm 5'10")
- Cannondale Pepperoni rigid fork
- Specialized body geometry Telluride saddle (new)
- Syncros seat post and bar ends
- Ringle rear hub, Deore front hub
- GripShift SRT500R shifters (right side needs new rubber grip)
- Onza porcupine grips
- Shimano XTR rear derailleur and Deore LX from derailleur
- Avid Tri-Align cantilever brakes & adjustable levers (all CNC)
- WTB dual-compound brake pads
- Bontrager front and rear rims (Presta valves)
- Tioga "bear trap" pedals and PowerGrips (ride in any shoes!)
- Allsop "suspension stem" (I told you it was retro!)
- Onza Aggro front tire
- WTB Velociraptor rear tire
- Specialized "Ti Stix" quick release skewers
- Bottle cage and mini pump
This bike is geared really low and makes a great tight trails/woods bike. It's in great riding condition.
