I've just bought a mid-ish nineties Clockwork as a full bike, thinking "great, I can just buy it and ride it as it is". Obviously this was never going to happen, and now the only bits I am going to use are the frame, headset, bottom bracket, seat clamp and saddle (for now...). I don't want any of the other stuff that came with it. Everything is in pretty good condition: it has obviously been used, but not much. Things are dusty more than anything else. I am genuinely unsure of value - if you think I am way out, or there's something you've been looking for and I haven't listed, PM me.
Seven speed STX shifters - I can't find a model number, but they are indicator-window-under-the-bar stylee. Worked fine when I paraded up-and-down the street on the bike on its first ride out of the box. Some wear marks but other than that they look great. £15 posted...?
STX rear mech RD-MC34 - As above, has seen action, but will look absolutely spot on after a clean. £10 posted...?
STX Front mech - no M number. 31.8 band. Will be fine after cleaning and some WD-40 - but there are pin-head spots of corrosion peeking through. £6 posted
RST Forks - cream coloured, decal says "Team 381R Series". They have a canti-hanger and a 1 1/8" 155mm ahead steerer. I think the only adjustment is preload (I am more of a rigid kind of a guy...). After a clean these could look nearly new - the decals are fine, no marks to the paint, crown looks good. Worked great when going down the curb near my house on the one time I tried them. £25 would make these yours, but we'd have to talk about postage (or collection from Hull!).
Seven speed wheelset - typical stuff that Orange would have supplied at the time. Silver Shimano Parallax hubs and oddly the rims don't match - one side has a black Alex, the front has a silver Mavic x221. Twenty five quid would make these yours, but again, we'd have to talk post prices or collection.
Seven speed cassette - filthy, but stacks of life in it. £7 posted
