With a minty Marin Pine Mountain, a modern Kona and a new Pace project I'm considering selling my Kona Explosif project. Basically everything is there to build the bike back up to factory standard for 1993. Some parts are NOS others are in very good condition full details can be found here:

All it needs is the frame, forks, bar and stem re-painting (set of Gil_M's great decals included) and then assembled. I've got quotes from Argos and Bob Jacksons to replicate the original 2 tone paint job and the cost is £200 - £250 for painting frame, forks, stem and bars and including applying decals and clearcoating over. Once done it'll be a great bike once again.

Not looking to split yet so not taking dibs on anything so please don't post wants or dibs to the thread. Looking for £500 as a job lot.

This seemed to be the project i've been waiting for since joining this site a month ago. I've missed out on a couple of Kona frames here and on ebay.
In my short time i've enjoyed searching the 'for sale' forum for the right parts to come up. This, for me is part of the enjoyment of building my first bike.

I know you said no dibs or wants... so i'm NOT going to say that if you split it, i'll be interested in the frame and forks!!!
