Yeah I did a bit of research into Jmc, not sure if he had a go at building though,plus , would he have been allowed to use the Cougar name?

Joey didn't build any frames. As he was a pro rider around that period his name would probably have been used as a marketing and sales tool by Cougar.

Interesting find there. I think it would be a good idea to do some prodding in the rusty bits to check it is sound.
