Aggro is half of a duo: Onza Honch and Aggro. I rode them in the kevlar bead skinwall version for 2 seasons or so bitd. They were a decent size 2.1, defo not small in my book, the knobby footprint quite a bit wider than the casing. And the 2 seasons meant they really held up well, though I hardly did any tarmac those days.
Aggro is the front specific tire with quite closely spaced knobs, and the side knobs are especially tall. This made for good cornering grip with reasonable rolling on loose terrian, but a buzzy and squirmy ride on real hardpack, even worse on tarmac. Oh, and they clog up with mud pretty quick and pretty bad.
I would have little problems riding a front tire on the back, possibly reverse the direction if you need the traction.
maybe one to miss then. the woods i ride change from real slippy sloppy mub to boggy grass to wet gravel every 100 meters or so! plus tarmac linking some sections. oh well nos on ebay £6 per tyre buy it now!
I lived near the dunes and beach back then, lots of sandy trails that even when wet did not have much of the claggy type mud.
And though younger and fitter I also wasn't as fast on the bike. I started riding to maintain some fitness for windsurfing which was my main thing then.
