team issue shogun with campagnolo

I have come across a team issue shogun....the frame is in very good condition...it also has Campagnolo Athena 8 speed ergo brake shifter ergo sti lever, Campagnolo C Record era Athena rear derailleur and corus front derailleur, CAMPAGNOLO ATHENA BRAKE CALIPERS...CAMPAGNOLO ATHENA CRANKSET 172.5MM 53/39, san mocro saddle cinelli bars

the bike has no wheels but... I'm wanting to know if any one could and would give me a idea on should I sell it whole or split it down or if any one is wanting to offer me

I can and will send pictures if needed

can any one help as I need the fund to buy a full working bike
