Surely a stuck seat post isn't as much of a problem as having to collect it from Southampton? Unless you happen to live in Southampton.

A size 16 1990 Kona is quite small though.

i suspect its not stuck at all, just a way of putting people off biding on it, ...???, there cant be a lot of post left in the frame judging by the pics, 2 minutes and that post will come straight out.
