I think this was a full bike recently. Not sure of the manufacturer or quality but I seem to remember it being German. IIRC it looked fairly retro cool built up.

Yep. Wheeler, reasonably good bikes bitd, well known in the continent, not so over here. Did some nice alloy frames if I recall too. This has been up for a while now, probably as it's a bit of a biggun
