Tange Big Style NOS Cr-mo rigid forks 1 1/8" Ahead 260mm Steerer! Not sure of the make, but nice beefy design with no taper to the legs.

Edit - They look very similar to this but without the disc tabs - check the detail around the dropout. http://www.wiggle.co.uk/surly-1x1-rigid-fork/

These have a matt black finish with only some small marks to the paintwork on looking up close, 395mm axle to crown, £29.95 posted UK, 2 available!

What do they weigh and what's written on the dropouts ?

if they happen to be double butted (or triple) id be up for a pair

With full steerer they weigh in at 1041g, I think cut down would be nearer the 950g mark. The dropouts are plain and they may be double butted, they give a slightly different note when 'pinging' down the legs!
