T J Quick, the frame was made for me about 1996 by Tommy Quick in his shop at Forest Hill, SE London, he also built the wheels. It was built with 731os, as I have always been a bit of a lump ! It was pretty new to the market then and as it turned out I think it made a lovely frame, rides really well.
