Syncros stem and riserbar problem

I think the best solution so far is:
Sell it together!

you'll have to spread the clamp as wide open as possible without deforming or even braking it. and then twist the bar around to find the sweetspot where it just makes it out of the clamp. it's a pain and you likely will scratch the bar (might be already scratched from mounting it) but logically there must be a way to get it out.

it's hard to describe, but in my experience of getting riser bars through broad clamps, the best bet is to ease the clamp open using the coin trick and rotate the bar as it makes its way through the clamp. plenty of lubricant can help, and expect to at least scuff the bar.

The funny thing is, the bar looked perfect, no scratch on it. That why I was soo carefull.

Have you tried lining the bends up with the hole in the front of the clamp? So the elbow of the bend has a little more room, might be enough to reduce the damage if used in conjunction with the coin trick.
