Syncros Saddle Clamp (top of Seatpost)

I couldn't really think of another word for it..! I can't even remember how I came to have it, but I've just found it in my box of bits..

It's the gubbins at the top of the Seatpost which clamps the saddle.

Bolts etc. included (one of the brass barrels has been replaced).
