I have a syncros riser bar in 25.4mm that i dont need but not sure what year/model it is, are there any tell tale signs?

Wow, that was quick. The one I once had was matte black with
one or two, not sure here, relatively small syncros logos.

They are approx 680mm wide and are stamped with 9 degrees and 98 02 03 which i assume is the date of manufacture.
