Syncros Cattleprod with canti cable hanger, swap or sale

As per title, 140mm, slight rise, 1&1/8, good original condition.

I'm after 27.2 mm Syncros seatpost or about 130-135mm a-head Syncros stem. Preferably black.
I might be tempted by other mid 90's black stem or seatpost WHY.
