Syncros Cattleprod Quill Stem

Not 100% sure whether this 1,1/8", but the quill diameter is hovering around the 25mm mark which would suggest that it is.

130mm x 0 degree rise. Excellent condition as can be seen in the pictures (which, incidentally make it look worse than it is, thanks to the camera flash).
