The very short(12cm?) steerer must diminish the value of the fork, unless you fitted an extender and converted to ahead. Is the Syncros road stem very rare?

guess it was standard practice for RM to fit neg rise road stems on the small bikes. the stratos i got also came with a RM branded neg rise stem.
