don't think it came any shorter than 330mm unless cut, which this doesn't seem to be since the holes are at the bottom. are you measuring from centre of the clamp down?

and why only UK only? no love for us Canadians where this originated from???

You are right, 330mm from centre of clamp..
Will send abroad but was hoping for a quick UK sale and was offering that option first as already have a Norwegian keen
