Syncros 25.4 quill stem 130*15. In good condition, there are a few marks as you would expect and a few marks in the Syncros lettering.

From the bottom of the weld to the tip is 70mm. There is a maximum height stamp 10mm below the weld section. I ran this on my 1991 Marin PM and 1991 Scott Pro Evo, but I inserted the steerer fully on both bikes. The diameter of the steerer is 25.4.
