SWAP/P'EX Magura Racelines for disc brakes

I've got a full set of Magura Racelines in the standard luminous yellow.
Nearly new pads, the rear will need a bleed.

I'd like to swap/p'ex them for a pair of modernish disc brakes, circa 1998 or newer
