Surly Singulator....BUT..there are two bits missing.
First, a small rubber O ring as (not) pictured, and
second, a small circlip, again not pictured
Includes both up and down springs, and Surlys tool which doubles as a
beer opener :?
I have fitted this as is, and it still works fine, you just have to compress the spring into the body as you bolt on.
