hi dude
its a 1-1/8 but with a 22.5mm bar clamp ..
I used to use the Answer mtb bars with the gold spacer (25.4)
so they would be the 22,4 or 22.5 ...
You could possible have the stem bored out to match a possible 25.4 bar...
the stem was used on my Mountain Cycle Shockwave..

a quick correction just checked and its a 22.2mm the same as the end diameter of a standard mtb handlebar
