Sun Club

Help please Guys.
I volunteer at The Aldridge Transport Museum (I have a Bus Licence so can drive their bus collection). I have put myself in charge of resurrecting the bicycle collection at the museum, and am at the moment trying to restore to usable condition a Sun "Club" cycle, frame nr CE1009. It has unusual gears and brakes. The gears are original, the brakes possibly not. The gears are 4speed "Cyclo Birmingham" and the brakes an ancient looking pull-up cantilever type.

Thanks very much for the Info, Unfortunately the chrome parts are too rusty to read the make to confirm, but I'm sure your right. I have never (in 65 years) seen these on a british bike, despite them appearing to be standard fitting on Sun bikes?
