Sugino mighty 900 Q factor ? Similar to Ritchey logic ? Other ST cranks with low stance width for 1X set up ( will use between 34 and 28 T )

Surely the only thing you can do is get cranks thinner at the pedal end, if you are near the frame already. You're not getting the pedal to pedal gap down any other way.
If that's already hurting then that fatbike is maybe not the way to go?

Might 900 and Ritchey logic are both Similar cranks, both made by Sugino.
Top end cranks for the time.
Talking mid to late 90s here.
ATB/traditional the 110/74 BCD called the Logic Mountain
CD the 94/58 BCD called the Logic Compact
All design with a Q-factor on their BB of 151mm (usually 107mm for this style of crank with the style of stays back then.)
Road, this also use a compact Road with 110 BCD, but Q factor down to 138 with a road setup.
Unfortunately without the cranks erm no idea what the call it (it's profile), bb to pedal axle info then it guess work as to how it'll work out.
Top end cranks for the time.

110 is 34T smallest
96 is 30T smallest
Some may push 1T smallest but probably not the best.
If you can find a 4arm 104BCD, (or dodgy spacing 96BCD, I think that the current modern standard) , there will be a greater chainring choice, still same 30T minimum
