XLR8 as far as I can remember is Leisure Lakes own brand.. however I wasn't aware that they did frames, just value components? Maybe it was a frame done up to demonstrate their range of parts?
actually it's got a lot of similarities but isn't a Kili Comp... it does have snake stays, same seat stay bridge and Ritchey drop outs but different in other areas... perhaps another Saracen?
it's an xlr8 bike from around '97 or '98. leisure lakes used to buy the frames straight out of a catalogue from some taiwanese bike frame place then just sticker them up with xlr8 stickers. iirc they weren't anything overly special tube wise. atleast you know what you've got now
