Erm...not sure where to post this so please free to move it mods!
Just bought a Ladies bike for a friend...Raleigh Pioneer Jaguar Sprinter in basically NOS condition. The rear hub is a Sturmey Archer Sprinter 7 Elite.
I know I am going to end up servicing this and I have no experience of internal hubs.
Any tips and advice?
