That's a Stronglight 99 chainset, from 1970-77, which takes 86 mm BCD chainrings

Note that the extractor threads on it are 23.35x1mm. A normal 22mm extractor won't fit. Please can you tell me if these threads are in good condition?

Are you sure the arm lengths are 150mm? As far as I know, the shortest they did were 165mm.

threads in pedals are fine obviously not screwed anything into the middle threads gonn take it to bike shop to get it removed
measured from middle of pedal hole to middle of bb hole and that was 150 if thats how u measure it
