I suppose if the government gave drugs to addicts it might solve the problem, but what's stopping me a non drug addict claiming my free drugs allowance and selling them to The addicts ?
Giving free drugs to addicts is not going to cure them.
Saying that, the horrific image at the start is not a good sign of what society is creating but it might not be drugs related, it might be some person addicted to violent video games, maybe we should give free games away to ease their addiction ?
But while we are thinking of how to solve the problem of controlling our drug crazed society it would only come at the expense of the decent hard working, mostly non drug addicted.

i can understand you guys dont want toe rags
getting stuff for free me too
but they will anyway if they steal
i cant see addicts buying from other people an other addicts when they could get it free like they get the ineffective methadone
but this would work an we could ween them off the drugs.
this is about stopping people being victims of there crimes
anything that reduces victims of violent robbery an murder
is a positive step forward
theres so many of these people in citys now an towns too but in citys the police are streched over big areas they cant catch everyone
an with the cuts to funding that will only get worse

locking this thread as it's a bun fight topic and there are some comments that i think warrant it being locked, not to mention the picture of someone shooting up, regardless of the supervised location of the shooting up.
whilst i realise this is the General and off Topic section i would love it if these types of conversations were held elsewhere as they always go bad and frankly i just want to read/see/talk about old bikes.
ideally topics to avoid for future reference:-
anything from the daily mail
politics
religion
racism
sexism
sram versus Shimano
and anything else that is sufficiently potentially offensive to cause abuse in any other members direction just for the fun of trolling.
