I've got a NOS set of Shimano's M323 pedals for my Klein Adept hybrid. However, these pedals do have original plastic pieces on top of the SPD bindings attached by a strange bolt. Now my question is, how do I get these off the pedals for I don't know what kind of a tool to use for them. The bolt's head is unevenly shaped, it's not a hex, torx or equiv.
