Straddle cable clamp

Anyone know where i can buy these please,they clamp onto the cable with a grub screw and hook into the cantilevers?

Anywhere that sells scooters (Vespa type) not scooting with one foot type. (Mind often as not t'is the same thing!).

They're called ......I can't remember but it's something anatomical and slightly rude I think!. :?

Anyway they go on throttle cables an stuff. I got some for Jez a while back.
