STILL WTD! 26 x 1 3/8" front wheel for tandem

I'm looking for a sturdy 26 x 1 3/8" front wheel for a 1972 Velo Schauff tandem winter restoration project for me and my girlfriend to ride.

Prefer steel rim, not buckled obviously!
