Paint the frame white, get some print-yer-own waterslide decal paper, source mucky picture of choice- sorrrrrted-AHHH!

and after you stick that decal paper, you don't spray anything for protection?
i once bought a waterslide decal from ebay and it was very fragile and easy to scratch, i want to paint something and to remain solid

Aye, right enough, ye should overcoat it with a clear laquer (a lot of DIY waterslide papers require you to use an acrylic spray to seal the print before transferring anyway)
