Stew (who I'd had no previous dealings with) responded to a last minute request to pick up a 'collect only' ebay bike purchase for me. He very swiftly visited, paid and collected from the seller.

Stew then arranged for a courier to collect the bike he'd boxed up nicely and it was on it's way promptly. He even popped in a couple of mech's he had floating about.

I've been having paypal problems (their problem, not mine I hasten to add :evil: ) so have been unable to pay him as quickly as I'd like. He's been very understanding.

It's Retrobike way, a bunch of decent folks helping out other decent folks. I've bought a few bits from the site, had help and advice and met a great group of people on a few outings.

It's a credit to t'guv for the site, and the regular users for making everyone welcome.

Here's hoping the bike turns out OK, keep the forum going with updates.
