Classy bit of CNC'd goodness made in the US, great condition, small scuff on top corner as pictured.
1 1/8" with 25mm reach and suitable for 25.4mm bars.
Circa 2000 I think unless anyone knows otherwise.

Easton EA90 again not mounted has tiny hairline scratch on it, weighs nothing 1 1/8" ahead 120mm length for oversize 31.8mm bars, +/- 10 degree 2009 model £26 posted.
Easton EA70 lightly used tiny mark on the bottom, 9/10 condition 1 1/8" ahead. 5 degree rise as a guess and 100mm length 25.4mm bars.
